Payment Policy
30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance. Note amount may vary depending on the booking and we will inform you at the time of booking confirmation.
50% of the total billing amount to be paid 45 days before departure.
20% of the total billing amount to be paid 15 working days before the departure date.
Cancellation Policy
20% cancellation charges of the total billing amount if cancelled 45 days or more before the tour.
40% cancellation charges of the total billing amount if cancelled between 44 and 30 days before the tour.
60% cancellation charges of the total billing amount if cancelled between 29 and 10 days before the tour.
100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 and 9 days before the tour.
No refund if cancelled within 9 days of the trip start.
No refund or compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip.
